This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Ijen Highlands in the East Java Province of Indonesia, specifically from the Botolinggo Village. Grown at an altitude of 1,100–1,500 meters, this coffee is a mix of Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon, and Kartika varieties. It is processed using a washed method, which involves fermentation and careful sorting. The flavor profile is diverse, featuring fruity notes, tea-like characteristics, and soft caramel and chocolate undertones.
