This coffee is sourced from the Ijen Highlands in the East Java Province of Indonesia, grown at an altitude of 1250–1700 meters. It is a blend of Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon, Kartika, and Abysinia varieties. The coffee undergoes a carbonic maceration anaerobic process, resulting in a flavor profile featuring cocoa beans, apple strudel, and orange. It is recommended for various filter brewing methods.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
