Indian Monsooned Malabar AA is an unroasted green coffee bean from India, suitable for home roasting. The coffee undergoes the traditional monsooning process, which gives it its distinctive character. Flavor notes include chocolate, cedar, smoky, and spice. Sold in 500g bags as whole green beans.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
