A single-origin natural processed coffee from the Sana'a governorate of Yemen, specifically from Ibrahim Mahmoud's farm in Al Barak, Masar village, West Haraz region. Produced by a single farmer with 330 coffee trees on approximately 1,770 square meters of land. The coffee features Dawairy and Ja'adi varietals, dried using a natural process. Tasting notes include rosehip, cream soda, mandarin, peppermint tea, and cherry. Light/medium roast, recommended for filter brewing. Harvested July 2023.
