This coffee is a Gesha variety from the El Paseo farm in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia, grown at 1800 meters above sea level. It undergoes a yeast-inoculated anaerobic honey processing involving oxygen deprivation, fermentation with brewer’s yeast, depulping without water, and controlled drying. The flavor profile includes jasmine, yuzu, wildflower honey sweetness, and herbal hops notes.
