This coffee is a single-origin Pacas variety from Finca Los Primos in El Cielito, Santa Barbara, Honduras. Grown at an altitude of 1,650 meters, it is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of yellow plum, cranberry, and black tea, offering a complex and silky cup. This light roast is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
