Single-origin Pacamara from La Botijas (Comayagua), Honduras, produced by Arnaldo Romero at 1,550 m. The lot is washed-processed with a reported 28-hour fermentation and dome drying for ~20 days. Tasting notes highlight mandarin orange, lemon, pineapple, dried mango and a milk chocolate finish; roast level is light, producing a juicy cup with bright acidity and a smooth chocolate aftertaste.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
