A single origin coffee from the El Deseo farm in San Miguel, Selguapa, Honduras, grown at 1,800 meters above sea level by farmer Jose Antonio del Cid. The variety is Typica, processed using a semi-washed method. Flavor notes include red apple, red grape, black tea, and lemon zest.
