About This Coffee

Hidden Valley is a washed Arabica coffee from Papua New Guinea’s Wahgi Valley, produced by Sigri Coffee Estate at elevations around 1,500–1,600 meters. The beans are Typica-based with other varietal components such as Arusha, Caribbean Blue, Catimor, and Maragogype. Harvest occurs mainly April–September with a controlled pulping and fermentation process, followed by sun-drying. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, almonds, and grapefruit, offering a mild, smooth cup.
