Hacienda La Esmeralda's Jaramillo is a natural-processed Geisha variety from the Boquete region of Panama, grown at 1600-1700 meters altitude. The Peterson family's storied microlot represents a clean expression of this celebrated variety. The coffee is intensely floral and citric with bergamot notes, delicate stone fruit like white peaches, tropical fruit hints of pineapple, and raspberry. The profile remains remarkably clean despite natural processing, offering a white tea-like experience that evolves to oolong character as it cools, with juicy texture and peaking acidity revealing fresh red cherries, raspberries, and mango.
