This coffee is a Natural Geisha from the renowned Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama. Grown on the El Velo Farm in the Quiel region, this 4.6-hectare lot was harvested in March 2026 and slow-dried on raised beds for 38 days. The process results in a transparent expression of the variety, characterized by a balance of floral notes, bright citrus, and vibrant berry sweetness, maintaining the farm's signature elegance and clarity.
Founded by Yanyi Xu, a micro roastery based in North London. Known for a gentle roasting style that preserves origin characteristics, with a strong focus on Ethiopian micro lots (floral, jasmine, bergamot profiles) and, unusually for the UK, one of the largest selections of Chinese Yunnan micro lots.
