This Gesha coffee is produced by Hacienda La Esmeralda in the Boquete region of Panama at an altitude of 1,900 meters. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method, where ripe cherries are fermented in oxygen-free tanks before being dried on raised beds. The cup profile is vibrant and expressive, featuring tropical notes of pineapple and juicy strawberry, with delicate floral undertones of violet. It offers a medium body and balanced acidity, resulting in a refreshing and complex finish.
