About This Coffee

This coffee is a Syrina variety grown at The Nest Estate in Yunnan, China, at an altitude of 1450–1600 meters. It is processed using a structured Cascade Fermentation system, which allows aromatic complexity to accumulate across multiple stages. The cup offers a heightened aromatic lift with layered tropical fruit expressions and a refined, perfume-like finish, maintaining balance and clarity. Tasting notes include tropical fruits, papaya, champagne, bergamot, floral, grape, banana, and perfume.
