About This Coffee

This natural-processed coffee comes from El Paraxaj in Chimaltenango, Guatemala, situated near Volcan de Fuego. The Geisha 2722 variety is an Ethiopian landrace with Panamanian genetics, planted at 1500-1550 meters altitude on the organic Santa Felisa farm run by the Meneses siblings. Cherries are selectively picked at brix level 22, then dried on African raised beds for 3-4 weeks with regular turning. The coffee offers strawberry and white peach flavors with notes of bergamot, lemon custard, and frangipani, with a sweet and delicate body.
