About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown by small producers (Pequeños productores) at 1,500 meters above sea level. The variety is Caturra, a Coffea arabica species, processed using the washed (Lavado) method. Tasting notes include chocolate, dark chocolate, dried fruits, red plum, almond, stone fruits, and panela, with a medium body and balanced sweetness and acidity.
