Guatemala Huehuetenango Single Origin grown at 2000 m and processed washed. The lot is a blend of Bourbon, Typica, Pache and Caturra varieties (100% Arabica). Tasting notes list dark chocolate, maple syrup and lemon, producing a pronounced, balanced cup well suited to robust filter brews.
