Guarapo Decaf

About This Coffee

This decaffeinated coffee is a collective effort from the Monkaaba network in Huila, Colombia, specifically from the San Augustin and Ricabrisa regions. Grown at an altitude of 1650 to 2000 meters, this coffee is processed using a sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate method, which enhances sweetness and adds subtle fruit notes. The flavor profile is sweet and creamy, featuring distinct notes of tiramisu, freshly made donuts, and macadamia. It is a washed coffee suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
