Guarapo Decaf is a Colombian coffee sourced from the San Augustin and Ricabrisa regions in Huila. Produced by various Monkaaba shareholders, this coffee is grown at an altitude of 1650 to 2000 meters. It undergoes a washed process and is decaffeinated using a sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate method. The flavor profile is sweet and creamy, featuring notes of tiramisu, freshly made donuts, and macadamia. This coffee is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
