This AA lot from the Gititu Factory in Kiambu, Kenya, is grown at an altitude of 1750 meters. It is a washed coffee featuring a blend of SL28, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The flavor profile is complex and refreshing, characterized by notes of citrus blossoms, tangelo, pink lemon, black currant, and wild flower honey. It offers a bright acidity reminiscent of a dry German Riesling, with an aftertaste featuring Jamaican sorrel, dried pineapple, and star anise custard.
