This coffee is a Red Bourbon variety from the Gitesi washing station in the Karongi region of Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1750-1800 meters. Owned by Aime Gahizi, the station utilizes a water purification system for sustainable processing. The coffee is processed using a washed method, involving fermentation, grading, and drying on African beds for up to 15 days. It offers a juicy, sweet, and floral profile with tasting notes of plum, raisins, and red apples.
