Produced by Emmanuel Rwakagara, the coffee is grown organically on a biodiverse island in Lake Kivu. It undergoes a washed processing method, including dry and wet fermentation, soaking, and drying on raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of apricot, allspice, and green grape.
