A single origin coffee from Rwanda's Macubu Sector, Nyamasheke, grown at 1,800–2,110 masl at Gasharu Coffee farm by Valentin Kimenyi. The Bourbon cultivar is processed using an Anaerobic Natural method developed as part of the Intego ("Resolution") project in collaboration with Algrano. Light roasted with tasting notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and pineapple. Offers a strong body and a clean flavor profile.
