This Gakuyu-ini AA is a Kenyan coffee from the Kirinyaga region, processed at the Gakuyu-ini washing station by the Thiririkwa Farmers' Cooperative Society. Grown at approximately 1600 meters altitude, it consists of SL-28, SL-34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The coffee undergoes a washed process involving hand-sorting, overnight fermentation, and slow drying on raised beds. It features a flavor profile characterized by ripe berries, peach, rosehip, and a juicy, complex, and sweet quality.
