A natural processed, single origin Grade 1 Arabica coffee from the Bombe District, Sidamo region of Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa. Grown at 2230 masl using Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, harvested in February 2024. The cup is fruit-forward and syrupy with dominant tropical fruit acidity and sugary sweet undertones. Tasting notes include Red Grape, Candy Cane, Red Apple, Hibiscus, and Strawberry. Roasted light/medium specifically for filter brewing. Cup score: 87.00.
