This exceptional Geisha coffee is produced at Finca Sophia, located in the mountains near Nueva Suiza, Volcán, Panama. Situated at high altitude near the La Amistad International Park, the farm focuses on biodiversity and precise cultivation. This washed process lot offers an intensely floral and fruity profile, characterized by vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. Tasting notes include violet, jasmine, and bergamot, complemented by flavors of strawberry, pineapple, and dark fruits.
