This single-origin coffee is produced by the family-owned Janson Coffee estate in Volcán, Chiriquí, Panama. Grown at elevations between 1,350 and 1,700 meters in rich volcanic soil, this Geisha variety is processed using the natural method. The flavor profile features bright notes of pineapple, blood orange, and strawberry. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing methods, such as pour-over or V60, but also includes parameters for espresso preparation.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
