Finca Rosita is a single-variety Catuai coffee from the Illimani community in Caranavi, Bolivia. Grown by the Valverde-Aramayo family at an altitude between 1,350 and 1,740 meters, this coffee is fully washed to ensure a crisp and balanced profile. It features a light roast level with distinct tasting notes of golden apple, dried fig, and caramel.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
