A Colombian specialty coffee from Finca Milán, produced by Julio Madrid and roasted as an omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter. The Caturra variety undergoes the innovative "Culturing" fermentation process developed by Café Uba, involving mixed fermentation with pineapple, vanilla, and sugarcane alongside carefully selected microbial cultures in restricted oxygen for over 192 hours.
