This coffee originates from Panama's Cerro Punta region in the Tierras Altas of Chiriquí, grown at approximately 1900 meters. It is a Geisha variety processed using the washed method. The roasted beans deliver flavor notes of chamomile, blackberry, and red plum, characterized by a light roast suitable for filter brewing methods.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
