This single-origin Geisha coffee is produced by Finca Los Cenizos, a family-owned farm located in the highlands of Cerro Punta, Chiriquí, Panama. Grown at an altitude of 1,900 meters in rich volcanic soil, this coffee undergoes a washed process. It features a delicate and complex flavor profile with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, white peach, and yuzu. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing methods, such as pour-over or V60, though espresso parameters are also provided.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
