Finca La Vega is a honey-processed coffee from the Tecapa-Chinameca mountain range in El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1980 to 2100 meters, this Pacas variety lot is produced by the Samayoa family. The coffee features a bright, juicy citrus acidity with flavor notes of pomelo, tarte tatin, raisin, caramel, dried fruit, and cocoa nibs. It is characterized by a pronounced sweetness and a lingering finish.
Located in Zurich, Miró considers itself a Manufactura de Café, or coffee factory, where the focus is on true craftsmanship.
