This coffee is the 5th harvest from Finca El Suelo, featuring Ethiopian landrace trees planted in 2019. The coffee is processed using a manual de-pulping machine, followed by hand-washing and fermentation in small buckets to ensure high quality. The resulting cup is clean and elegant, offering a flavor profile characterized by notes of flowers, citrus, honey, stone fruit, and baking spice. This is a limited production lot from a small number of trees, meticulously sorted to maintain quality.
