About This Coffee

Cleofe’s Caturra at 1,637 m and Efrain’s Catuaí at 1,350 m undergo a 36–48 hour fermentation before being fully washed, producing rich, chocolatey depth with layered sweetness and tasting notes of plum, fudge and chocolate biscuit.
