About This Coffee

Pillar is a house blend combining washed Ethiopian coffee from Riripa (Oromia/West Arsi) and semi-washed/pulped-natural Brazilian lots from Chapada Diamantina, Bahia (900–1,300m). Varieties include Wolisho, Kurume, Mundo Novo and Catuaí. Expect a creamy, full-bodied cup with low acidity and flavors of molasses, cacao, liquorice, clove and candied walnuts; darker roast.
