Features local heirloom varieties Kurume, Dega, Wolisho, and 74158. The region's large diurnal temperature swings allow cherries to mature slowly with high sugar content. Fully Washed processing yields a clean, elegant profile with tasting notes of Grape, Honey, Red Apple, Tea-like character, and balanced sweetness.
