About This Coffee

This lot is sourced from 20 producers in the Chericho kebele of Arbegona, Ethiopia, identified through Testi Specialty Coffee’s Premium Cherry Selection program. The coffee is processed at the Yaye washing station, where cherries are pulped and fermented in clean water for 48 hours. After washing and density grading, the parchment is dried on raised beds under parabolic shade for approximately 21 days. This process ensures a high-quality, well-managed cup with a flavor profile characterized by citrus, floral, and sweet notes.
