Pichi Soffa is a natural process Ethiopian Heirloom from Sidama, grown at 1,900-2,300 meters altitude. The name translates to "sweet peach" in the local Sidamu Afoo language. The coffee is composed of locally adapted Heirloom varieties, selectively handpicked at full ripeness and processed using the natural dry method on raised African beds with gradual drying. The cup features strawberry jam, white peach, lychee jelly, bergamot, and orange blossom with a sweet, full-bodied profile and layered complexity.
