A washed Grade 1 coffee from the Chire private processing station in the Shentabene area of Sidama, Ethiopia. Sourced from approximately 700 smallholder farmers with average farm sizes under 2 hectares, grown at altitudes between 1,950 and 2,030 meters above sea level. The Heirloom variety cherries are hand-sorted, depulped, and dried on raised African drying beds. The cup offers jasmine and rose water aromas, syrupy sweetness, and hints of red apple.
