Shantawene is a natural-processed coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia. It is described as having clean, jammy fruit with blueberry and blackberry notes, a medium-light roast, and a bright, fruity finish with body from the natural process. The Shantawene washing station sources cherry from nearby smallholders, drying on raised beds to preserve clarity of fruit flavors.
