This coffee is a natural processed selection from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It features the 74110 and 74112 varieties, produced by various smallholder farmers. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of mixed berries, lemon, sorbet, sweet cherry, and melon.
