The beans undergo careful hand-selection, 72-hour fermentation, and 10-12 day sun drying on African raised beds. Tasting notes include lemon green tea, peach, red apple, and guava, with a balanced and refreshing profile. This lot earned 2nd place in Ethiopia's inaugural 2020 Cup of Excellence program with a score of 90.89.
