This coffee is sourced from the Refisa processing station in the Nensebo woreda of the West Arsi zone in Ethiopia. Grown at altitudes between 2200 and 2400 meters, these organic-certified beans are produced by over 600 smallholder farmers. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where the whole cherry is sun-dried. It features a distinct flavor profile with notes of blueberry, lime, and lavender. This coffee is roasted specifically for espresso preparation.
