This coffee is a single origin from Ethiopia, Sidama region, Odako Kebele, grown at 2,000-2,200 meters altitude. It is an Heirloom variety processed naturally with a unique 'Natural NX' method involving careful drying and resting phases. The coffee offers a juicy light body with flavor notes of fruit gum, raspberry, strawberry, and aftertastes of mango and peach, complemented by mid-high malic acidity.
