Ethiopia Niguse Gemeda Karamo is an anaerobic natural coffee from Hayisa Village, Karamo Kebele, Bure Woreda in Sidama, processed at Karamo Washing Station by Niguse Gemeda Mude. Grown at 2320–2380 m, variety 74158, it is an anaerobic fermented natural with a light roast. Tasting notes include muscat, white flower, red grape, raspberry, and a syrupy/starch-syrup sweetness with a smooth, syrupy body.
