About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from the Jima region of Ethiopia, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level. The variety is Heirloom (Coffea arabica). Tasting notes include dark caramel, chocolate, and apple, with aromas of chocolate, forest fruits, and nuts. Medium body, acidity, and intensity, with medium-to-high sweetness.

They roast on Coffee Tech equipment, using Ghibli and Silon roasters to produce specialty coffee with a focus on natural and organic offerings.
