This single-origin coffee is a washed Yirgacheffe from the Danche washing station in Gedeb, Ethiopia. Produced by Habtamu Fekadu Aga, it is grown at an elevation of 1900-2200 meters. The coffee features a light roast profile with a complex flavor profile characterized by notes of Palisade peach, ripe pluot, and sweet, drippy melon, complemented by floral aromas of lavender and honeysuckle and a sparkling, effervescent finish.
Color Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of Charlie Gundlach, who turned his backyard roasting obsession into a legit operation in Eagle, Colorado, back in 2016.
