This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It is a washed process coffee grown at an elevation of 1900-2200 meters. The variety is Heirloom. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of peach jam, key lime, and white flowers, offering a light-bodied and vivid cup with stone fruit sweetness and citrus acidity.
