This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Sidama region in Bensa, Ethiopia. It is produced at the Gute washing station at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level. The coffee consists of the 74110 variety and is processed using the washed method. It features a distinct flavor profile characterized by notes of currant, dried apricot, and ice lemon tea.
