About This Coffee

Ethiopia Guji Anasora is a single-origin coffee processed using anaerobic natural fermentation. The cherries are fermented in an anaerobic environment in a fermentation tank for 4-6 days before undergoing traditional natural processing and sun-drying on raised beds. Grown at 2200m altitude, this Heirloom varietal displays vibrant fruit-forward characteristics with tasting notes of berries, peach, Kyoho grape, mango, and strawberry. Produced by Anasora washing station, managed by experienced producer Israel Degfa.
