The coffee is produced by smallholder farmers and processed at Elora Station, established in 2017. The beans undergo a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation process before being dried on African raised beds. The flavor profile features bright notes of pineapple, blueberry, and raspberry, resulting in a juicy berry finish.
